Terms & Conditions for cricax

By accessing the cricax website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by cricax, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who interacts with the cricax platform in any capacity.

cricax reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. When material changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the cricax platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not accept any revised terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and cricax. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

The cricax platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on the cricax platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. cricax employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment source after full review.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the cricax platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited for you personally under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of cricax, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the cricax platform or had your account permanently closed for rule violations.
• You are not registered on any third-party self-exclusion scheme that applies to your use of online gambling services.

To access the full range of cricax services — including placing bets, participating in promotions, and making financial transactions — you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile phone number. cricax operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Operating more than one account — whether under your own name, a different name, or a shared device — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cricax account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised the activity. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify cricax support immediately.

• All registration information must be truthful and kept up to date. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure.
• cricax may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documents — including national ID, passport, or utility bills — before approving withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate.
• Accounts that fail KYC verification within the required timeframe may be suspended until verification is completed.
• You must notify cricax immediately if your registered mobile number or email address changes to ensure continued access to your account and support services.
• Two-factor authentication via mobile OTP is available and strongly recommended for all cricax accounts.

cricax accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers through select Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. cricax does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which cricax accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the cricax finance team and are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. cricax reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited means will result in the funds being forfeited and the account being suspended pending full investigation.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated in the relevant payment section of the platform.
• Withdrawals are processed to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay as a priority. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional processing time.
• You may only withdraw funds that are not subject to active wagering requirements. Bonus-derived funds must meet the applicable rollover conditions before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• cricax is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or network outages outside our control.
• All transactions on cricax are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT.

All bets placed on the cricax platform are governed by the specific market rules applicable to the sport and market type selected. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable market rules. General betting rules that apply across all sports and markets on cricax are set out below.

• Bets are only accepted and confirmed when a bet confirmation reference number is issued by the cricax system. A bet that does not receive a confirmation reference has not been placed and will not be settled.
• Odds displayed on the cricax platform are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to the wager — not the odds initially displayed during browsing.
• In-play bets are subject to the in-play rules applicable to each sport. For cricket, in-play markets may be suspended during key events such as wickets, boundary decisions, and DRS reviews.
• cricax reserves the right to void bets in the event of a pricing error, system error, data feed failure, or any other technical issue that results in materially incorrect odds being published. In such cases, affected stakes will be refunded in full.
• Match abandonment rules vary by sport and market. For cricket, the applicable abandonment and weather-interruption settlement rules are published in the cricket-specific market rules section of the platform.
• Any winnings derived from bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms before they become withdrawable as cash.

cricax settlement decisions are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, you may contact our support team within 30 days of the relevant event result being confirmed. Disputes raised after this 30-day window will not be considered. cricax will review all valid disputes and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

cricax offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup tournaments, and cultural occasions including Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published in full on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds and free bet credits are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable cash. Specific multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses via different accounts constitutes a violation of these terms.
• cricax reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Active wagering progress on an unexpired bonus will be honoured until the stated expiry date.
• Bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage strategies, or any other method deemed abusive by cricax will be forfeited in full and the relevant accounts may be permanently closed.
• cricax reserves the right to exclude specific game types or markets from contributing towards bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type will be specified in individual promotion terms.

cricax maintains strict standards of conduct across the platform. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one player account on the cricax platform, regardless of the name or payment method used.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of your relationship with cricax.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults in the platform to gain an unfair advantage — including placing bets on clearly mispriced markets before the error is corrected.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the cricax platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players, sharing information to exploit in-play markets, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or corrupt betting activity.
• Abusing bonus promotions through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the cricax platform or its underlying technology.

cricax employs fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity, transaction patterns, and betting behaviour in real time. Any account flagged by these systems will be subject to manual review. During a review period, withdrawals and account access may be temporarily suspended. cricax's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final and are made at the sole discretion of the platform's risk and compliance team.

You have the right to close your cricax account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon request for closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Please allow sufficient time for the withdrawal to be processed before the account is formally closed.

cricax also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other form of financial crime.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly administrative fee as specified in the platform's fee schedule, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• At the player's own request as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion.

In cases where an account is closed due to rule violations, cricax reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of its investigation. If the investigation concludes that the player has acted in breach of these terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. cricax will communicate the outcome of all such investigations to the affected player in writing.
